Shipping Policy for Luxe Vault Apparel

Thank you for shopping with Luxe Vault Apparel! We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then receive a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods

We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping. The available shipping options are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail)
    Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days (depending on your location).

  • Priority Mail (USPS Priority Mail)
    Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days (depending on your location).

  • Priority Mail Express (USPS Priority Mail Express)
    Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (for faster, guaranteed shipping).


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. You can see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your order. We offer flat-rate shipping for certain orders as well.


4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please ensure that you provide accurate address information for smooth delivery.


5. Shipping to U.S. Locations Only

We currently only ship to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. International shipping is not available at this time.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track your shipment via USPS.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to get your order to you on time, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as weather conditions, USPS handling, or high shipping volume (especially during holidays). Luxe Vault Apparel is not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.


8. Shipping Errors

If your order is shipped to the wrong address due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. Luxe Vault Apparel will work to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for incorrect address details provided at checkout.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Luxe Vault Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they are in the possession of USPS. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly and file a claim with them.


10. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable and is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for a re-shipment or refund (excluding shipping charges). If the address provided is incorrect, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
